Hamish brings a wealth of first-hand experience across middle distance, cross-country, and more recently Hyrox.
He began his athletic journey at the age of 7 in Little Athletics and has competed at both state and national levels, including winning the Queensland State Cross Country Championships at age 17, running 5km in 15:15 and earning a podium finish at the National 1500m Championships as a junior.
Hamish applies this extensive experience to his coaching, using practical insights gained from years of competing to guide athletes of all levels toward achieving their own goals.
Jeremy Davis
An accomplished Level 3 Australian Athletics Performance Coach, Jeremy has guided many junior and senior athletes to success across a wide range of track and field events. He has worked extensively with some of Brisbane’s best performing schools and developing athletes from a grassroots level.
As an athlete, he has competed both in distance running and track and field, running a 16:19 5k as a teenager, winning the QLD Junior Mountain running championship and throwing Javelin over 50m.
Known for his “theory to practice” approach, Jeremy focuses on long-term progress through smart, consistent training. He tailors programs to individual strengths, ensuring athletes build strong foundations, improve safely, and enjoy the process of training for a goal.
Jacob started off from a solid aerobic foundation from playing club level tennis, able to run 20:30 off the bat. With a structured training program from HIIT n’ Run which saw his weekly mileage grow from 30km to 60km weeks, with a healthy dose of tempo running, he was able to cut down to 17:40…
